Entomatadas(tortillas with tomato sauce)
Materials needed
- Corn tortillas
- Cheese(queso ranchero)
- Tomato sauce
Procedure:
- place pan on the stove let warm up then add oil just enough to cover the bottom of the pan
- you place the tortilla in the pan with oil, let it heat up on both sides until it has a brownish color.
- Heat your tomato sauce in another pan until it boils.
- The tortillas that are ready will be fully dipped into the pan of tomato sauce
- Place your entomatada into a plate finish it with cheese(queso ranchero) on top and enjoy!
- Can also add fresh cut onions and cilantro on top (optional)
