- Tortillas
- Chicken Breasts
- Oil
- Tomatillo(green tomatoes)
- Chiles(green)
- Cheese(queso ranchero)
- Cilantro
- Sour cream
Procedure:
- Rinse your chicken breasts to clean them up while a pot of water is in the stove,
- When the water has been boiled place chicken breasts in the pot.
- Place about 1/2 of a fourth of onion in the pot along with a piece of garlic for flavor.
- Wait until it's is fully cooked in med heat(approx. 45min)
- while waiting have about 4 to 6 tomatillos along with 2 to 3 chiles in a pot with water in med heat until fully cooked.
- Grab a pan with oil to cook the tortillas in.
- When the tomatoes are ready place it in a blender and blend it along with the water that was boiled in.
- When done place that salsa in a pot and let it boil.
- Once the chicken breasts are ready cut the chicken into pieces.
- Grab a torilla and fully dip it into the pot of salsa and take out into a plate
- the tortillas might be delicate so carefully open the tortilla flat then place some chicken at one side of the tortilla
- wrap the tortilla up and put salsa on top. Finish it up with some cheese on top along with cilantro.
